The Conrad team was very tentative to the details and very responsive to any questions as the project progressed. Also, Conrad removed and replaced our back door in full including reinforcing the threshold. I've had a house on west beach for 15ish years, and have been through a number of updates, upkeeps, and remodels. Anyone that has a house on the beach knows just how much there is to do. In saying that, I've had all kinds of contractor experiences, with many being disappointing. Conrad Construction is the best I've ever used on the beach! They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work, kept me up to date on progress, and left my house as clean as they found it. When I called to have a couple small things done, they were right on it. I whole heartedly would recommend Clay Conrad and his company!

It was a huge deck that was the entire width of the house. They planned it, coordinated with the city for permits and approval and built it in a timely manner. They were professional and finished EARLY and on budget. I was so pleased. The work was top notch and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Conrad Construction.

This has to be the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a remodel. Clay and his crew was absolutely amazing. I had both of my bathrooms done and it turned out stunning. The workmanship, attention to detail and the quality of work was first class. Clay and his son Colton were fantastic to work with. The communication and they way they conducted their business was phenomenal. All their employees were very nice and explained in detail of what they were doing that day. I’ve built a number of homes and had several remodels. Clay and Colton were some of the best I’ve worked with. Thank you guys for being professional and reliable.
